Silver Lake Public Schools

Silver Lake Public Schools is dedicated to providing children with the best education possible.  As a class D-1 school, Silver Lake provides students with abundant opportunities in both the classroom and in extra-curricular activities.  The school system is a currently boasts a 1 laptop per student policy for all students in grades Kindergarten - 12th grade. 

History of the School
The Bladen Bulldogs and the Roseland Cardinals consolidated in the 1986-1987 school year to form Silver Lake Public Schools.  In 1998 the Campbell Cardinals merged into the Silver Lake School District, and in 2006, the Holstein Wildcats joined.  The 7-12 attendance center was constructed new in 1995 and is located in Roseland, and the PreK - 6 attendance center is in Bladen.  The four communities have come together to create an outstanding learning environment for Kindergarten through 12th grade students.  For more information, visit the school website at
